Culture Coach

Every organization has a culture, whether company leadership builds and maintains it purposefully or allows it to grow on its own. An organization’s culture defines how individuals work and function within a company, making organizational culture a crucial element of a company’s ultimate success.

Lissa is an Organization Behaviorist who brings deep experience in organizational behavior, the practice of understanding how people interact within groups and its principles are applied to make businesses operate more effectively, to her work.

Thought Leader/Interim Executive

“Poorly managed transitions can erode organizational effectiveness and service quality, and even put a nonprofit out of business.

However, nonprofits that receive the proper support and understand the transition process use these periods of change as opportunities for growth and improvements.

Interim executive directors are highly skilled managers who temporarily take the helm of an organization, to help the board and staff address important systems and capacity issues, and lay the groundwork for the permanent leader’s success.” - The Annie E. Casey Foundation

Lissa has extensive experience serving as Interim Executive Director and Culture Coach across the nonprofit sector.
